2. Ordering and delivery
E-mail confirmation: Upon successfully placing an order with Signature Gifts, you will receive a confirmation email. Customer cooperation: To ensure successful delivery, customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid contact number for the recipient and a valid email address for the sender.
Out of stock notification: In the rare cases when the item you ordered is not available in our stores, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or phone. You will have the option to exchange the product (s), choose a replacement, or get a refund for the product that is not in stock.
Customization requests: If your order includes customized products or a customized design, our team will review your orders to ensure that they comply with our customization guidelines. We may contact you for additional details or clarifications if necessary. Your quick response can affect delivery times. The order may be transferred to the next delivery time or the next day if there is no response from your side during our final delivery times.
Confirm delivery date: You can choose the delivery date and time period while making the order. We cannot commit to a specific delivery time, but we strive to deliver the order within the specified time period. If any issues arise regarding the chosen date or time period, our customer service team will get in touch with you immediately to find a solution.
Product appearance: Sometimes the received product may look slightly different from the website image due to factors such as lighting and material difference. However, any differences are minimal and do not affect the quality of the product or its overall appearance.
For flowers that come out of season, our experienced florists will replace them with a similar flower of equal or greater value, ensuring that your bouquet retains its beauty and quality. Although specific flowers may differ, the overall shape, color coordination and aesthetics of the bouquet will be preserved.
In cases where the vase shown in the product photo is not available, our florists/partners will select a suitable vase that matches the shape and aesthetic of the bouquet while maintaining its elegance.
Connection attempts: Our delivery team will make sufficient attempts to contact the recipient and coordinate the delivery process. If, despite such efforts, we do not reach the recipient, or he refuses to accept the gift, the request will be considered fulfilled.
Alternate Delivery Location: In instances of recipient unavailability, customers may be offered the option to provide an alternate delivery location within the same city. However, this is subject to the discretion of Signature Gifts, depending on the alternate address location, and is not guaranteed.
Observance of perishable products: For orders with perishable products, if the recipient cannot be reached on the day of delivery, and the products are prepared, no refund or compensation will be given.
Choosing the delivery period: Customers have the option to choose the delivery period during the payment process. We will do our best to deliver your order within the specified time period.
Specific time guarantee: While we strive to adhere to the specified delivery period, joy gifts is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time within the selected time period.
Delivery delay: Factors such as traffic conditions, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, as well as challenges in contacting or reaching the recipient, may affect the delivery schedule and joy gifts will not be held responsible or refunded.
Exceptions and special cases: We are aware that some situations may call for exceptions to our standard policy. If you think your case is unique, please get in touch with our customer service team, who will assess the situation and provide guidance accordingly.
Fixed delivery fees: The fixed delivery fee for your order will be displayed and will be visible during the payment process.
Extra Delivery Fees: For certain locations that fall outside our standard coverage areas, extra delivery fees may apply. The determination of areas considered "out of coverage" is at the discretion of Signature Gifts. Customers will be promptly notified by our team if their selected delivery location is subject to extra delivery fees post the checkout process.
Some areas are totally out of coverage for Joi Gifts. If these were selected, and the items have been prepared, Signature Gifts will not be able to deliver or cancel. The order will be considered as fulfilled on this occasion.

Refund and cancellation policy
Order cancellation policy
At Joy gifts, we recognize that plans can change, and we strive to meet your needs to the best of our ability. However, it is necessary to note that as soon as the order is processed, our teams immediately begin the preparation process to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we have established the following order cancellation policy.
Cancellation window: Different products require different preparation times, depending on the category they fall under and the preparation time our partners need. The cancellation window extends until the order is received and preparation begins. You can request cancellation of your order after verification by contacting our customer service team. If the preparation has started, or the products have been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order. No refund or compensation can be provided in these circumstances.
Order processing time: Once the order is processed and the preparation is started by our partners in the selected city, it becomes difficult to cancel the order. The processing time may vary depending on the type of products and the specific requirements of your order.
There is no cancellation after processing/preparation: We cannot accept cancellation requests if the products have been prepared by our partners, regardless of when the cancellation request was initially made. This is because our teams are working hard to ensure timely delivery, and once the setup process has started, we cannot stop or reverse it.
Unavailability or rejection of the recipient: If, at the time of delivery, the intended recipient is either inaccessible or refuses to accept the gift, joy gifts reserves the right to consider the order fulfilled. In such cases of unavailability or refusal of the recipient, no cancellation of the order will be accepted, and joy gifts will not be responsible for a refund or compensation. This policy applies regardless of the reason for unavailability or refusal.
Refund, exchange and return policy
Perishable products: Any complaints regarding perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (12 hours for products containing fruits or fresh items), accompanied by a photo of the product. Joy gifts will conduct a thorough investigation into the reported damages. If the product is found to be damaged, in poor condition, of low quality, or an incorrect product has been sent, Joy gifts may replace the product. Instead, refunds are at the discretion of joy gifts and are offered to the sender only.
Non-perishable products: Damages related to non-perishable products must be reported within 8 days from the date of purchase, as well as a photo of the product. Joy gifts will investigate the reported complaint related to non-perishable products. If a defect is found in the item or the wrong item is sent, a replacement may be given. The returned product must be collected first and must be in a new, unused and completely intact condition in its original packaging. Alternatively, refunds may be issued at the discretion of joy gifts.
Refund processing time: Please be advised that all refunds will be made in the same way as used to make the payment. In cities where payment on delivery is accepted, a refund will be made only by bank transfer.
Once the refund process is initiated by Joy gifts, the processing time may extend up to 14 business days. The exact duration depends on the policies and procedures of the card issuing bank. The schedule for refunding funds in your account may vary depending on the internal processes of your financial institution.
